amigo pues te puedo decir que encontre un programita que ami me sirvio con un problema que tube con unos drivers sse llama DriverMax lo puedes descargar de aqui (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file_download/fid,64856-page,1-c,downloads/download.html) es muy facil de usar hasi que suerte oh pide un codigo te puedes registrar o puedes ponerle este codigo : KXTBTTTT3834345C73
